Individual Writing Instruction
At Bright Writing, we offer individual reading and writing support to children in grades K-12, as well as to adults. We work with students in person and also over Zoom, both during the school year and throughout the summer.
All of our teachers are professional writers with many years experience teaching. We approach writing a little differently from the way it's often taught in schools, with creativity and expression at the heart of it and writing skills learned along the way. We believe it should be fun, and we provide individualized lessons for each student based on their interests and skill level.
We often work with school counselors, learning specialists, and classroom teachers to identify the particular areas in which a student needs help. We work regularly with students after school and on weekends, in addition to working with students on school campuses during the school day.
